Services
We offer a 24-Hour emergency service. If you need us call the practice on 01768 865661 to be put through to our Out Of Hours call handler, who will transfer you through to one of our duty vets. Please be aware that our OOH service will incur additional costs.
Should your pet require care that cannot be provided at home, we have secure and comfortable kennels for patients of all sizes.
Patients will be checked and medication administered as required throughout the night by the duty vets.
Consultations
We offer appointments Monday to Friday 8.30-10am, 1.30-3pm and 4-6pm. On Saturdays our appointments are 8.30-10.30am and 11am-12.30pm.
We ask that dogs are kept on a lead in the waiting area, whilst cats and other small animals are in a secure carrier at all times.
We have also have a quiet waiting area for nervous animals.
Vaccinations
Vaccinations are a vital part of your pet’s preventative health care, for more information speak to one of our Veterinary Nurses, who are happy to help. You can book a vaccination appointment during our normal consultation hours.

Clinics
Our Registered Veterinary Nurses run free weight clinics, to help your pet lose weight. We also run dental and senior health clinics that can be tailored to your pet’s needs.
Surgery
The practice has an operating theatre that is fully equipped to deal with both routine and emergency procedures. We also offer ultrasonic dental descaling and polishing and routine dental work.
In-House Laboratory
We have an in-house laboratory which allows us to perform certain diagnostic tests with minimum delay.
For more comprehensive tests we send samples to an external laboratory who provide us with a fast and efficient service.
In-House Imaging
Our digital x-ray machine is a non-invasive diagnostic tool that provides information to aid our vets in providing the best possible care.
We routinely undertake hip and elbow scoring as part of the BVA Health Schemes for certain dog breeds.
We have an ultrasound machine which provides useful images of your pet’s body systems, allowing us to look at organs such as the liver, intestines and kidneys and can be used for pregnancy diagnosis.
