Reviews from our clients
'In December 2010 when playing in the snow ‘Miracle Misty’ one of our Border Terriers, accidentally swallowed 1 ½ “splinter from a mechanical hedge cutter. It took a day or so to manifest what was wrong and emergency surgery followed finding that 18” of her small intestine was perforated and had to be removed leaving her with about 2”.
The vets did all they could to hopefully give Misty and us ‘quality’ of life. She was returned to us 2 days before Christmas “if we had any worries we had to ring up.”
With ups and downs which are always dealt with, and thanks to the kindness and professionalism, Misty is a pretty healthy 13 year old, she and we have had quality of life.
She has become quite a celebrity at the Surgery and behaves as tho’ she owns the place!
We have been so grateful to everyone over many years and feel that the NHS could learn a thing or two from this excellent Practice.'
'Rowcliffe Veterinary Practice have supported and cared for our Border terrier family for nearly twenty years. In that time we have received nothing but quality care, kindness and understanding.
Together we have shared magical moments when puppies were born and also the heartbreak of parting when my old Border companions were put to sleep with great dignity.
The receptionists are friends, they are the first point of call and a real asset to the practice. '
Thank you Rowcliffe House. Tommy & Marylynne Winder.
'Mia does love her trips to the vets as she gets spoilt :-)' L.Hawkins
